More About Us

Sisters Isabella & Valentina Cratra grew up with the world as their home.  They lived in many locations around the world.  Their mother was an artist, their father was an architect.  As children, they grew up in a creative environment where they excelled in design.  So when the time came for them to go to college, their mother wanted them to study Art, their father wanted them to study Architecture.  One did art, the other architecture.  Both did well.  However, both their hearts also loved fashion design.

After finishing college one worked at architectural firms and the other helped their mother with paintings and sculptures.  Their parents were happy to see them continue in the fields they loved, however Valentina and Isabella were not fulfilled.  They both wanted to do fashion design and be in that field also.

When they both moved to the United States, one as an Architect, the other as an Artist, both did well in their careers, but after work hours both moonlighted in the fashion industry and loved it.

Now after several years of learning by burning the midnight oil, they have finally succeed with their dream of combining their art and architecture talents into their own clothing designs.

Their first venture is their CRATRA Hoodie, designed for their friends in art and architecture.
